My mom made the BEST pancakes today! She calls them 'Diabetic Coma Pancakes.'
Here is how you make them.
Make whole wheat pancake batter (you need something healthy in there).
Add mini chocolate chips.
Coconut.
Crunchetized almonds.
Cook!
Voila!
Be careful after you eat one, you'll have a sugar crash about twenty minutes later.
I did. :)
Oh, today I tried to climb in the dishwasher... not a comfy place to be.
